Connecting the printer in the Partners Application

Depending on if you have Bluetooth printer or USB Printer, you can reconnect your device following the steps below.

  1. Select “More” and then press “Settings” (Alternatively you can double tap the printer icon)

  2. If you have a USB Printer, select this option and choose your printer from the pop up. (If your printer is connected to your Tablet with a cable then choose this option)
  3. If you have a Bluetooth Printer, select this device, and choose your printer from the pop up.
  4. If connection can not be established, make sure printer is turned on, if already is, restart the device.
  5. If a USB Printer still does not connect, please check your cable and change the connection to the USB Port, then follow steps 1-2 again.
