Refunding Full & Partial Orders

Below is a guide to make a refund on the epos for full or partial orders

  1. Make sure the order you need to refund has been moved into the “History”
  2. locate your order, (if the order is from a while ago, you can type the “order ref” number from the receipts into the “Search Bar” at the top
  3. Select the order, and press “Refund” to provide a full refund to the customer
  4. If you wish to place a partial refund select “Recall” > “New Order” and then press the blue pencil to amend the order, in here you can remove items from the order. An new receipt will be printed with an update
