Kayana General Terms
- Kayana provides software and hardware-based services either to purchase as a one-off fee or regularly.
- Upon providing card details the initial payment amount is deducted, if you sign up for a recurring payment the payment will be taken on set days as described in your contract.
- Kayana provides its own software and hardware service, however, we do use partners for various activities.
- The legal entity you are paying is registered in England and Wales under the name of Kayana World Limited, whose address is 45 Hertford Street, Mayfair, London, W1J7SN.
- Only UK law applies to the payments made to Kayana World Ltd

Our delivery information
If you have procured hardware we will either ship the hardware on a plug-and-play basis and will provide you with a follow-up email with the tracking ID. If you have purchased installation delivery of your items will be made via the installation team who will have all the equipment ordered with them.
Our refund and cancellation policy
We provide a 30-day refund policy from the day you start using the service for all hardware. If the software has been used during this time it is non-refundable.
